Fished in Galician waters and hand-picked for quality and freshness, the brilliant silver sardines are the embodiment of over 100 years of practice. The soft, almost melted peppers give the sardines a subtle bitterness that can be enhanced by a touch of acidity. Place the sardines on a crusty bread, top with slices of paprika and a few spring onions, then lightly drizzle with red wine vinegar. The taste experience is incomparable!
