The important nutrients and beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids in fish are essential for your child’s development and cognitive skills, so it’s worth getting them to eat fish as early as possible.

At the end of a long day, there’s nothing better than gathering around the family table, having a good chat and eating something tasty – and healthy.
It’s also worth introducing fish dishes to your children early on, as their parents will be the ones who set the example for them later on! Rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D and complete protein, easily digestible seafood contributes to their healthy development.
