If you like pulled pork, or extremely tender meats, you will love pulled salmon! You can quickly and easily present a real speciality, which can even be used in a sandwich for your kids, they are guaranteed to like it, too!
Ingredients (for 2 burgers)
- 1 can Spinnaker MSC pulled wild salmon in chili-mango or tomato sauce
- 2 whole wheat hamburger buns
- salad
- tomatoes
- onion
- cheddar cheese
How to prepare:
Spray some oil in a pan, then heat it up. Cut up the buns, and lightly toast them in the pan. In the meantime, clean and slice your tomatoes, onion and salad. After these steps there’s nothing else left to do other than assembling your burgers, with chili-mango or tomato pulled salmon, according to your taste. After putting together your burgers, cook them in your oven set to its grill function for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese perfectly melts on top of it.
Serve them with oven-baked potatoes.
