In this recipe we will show you a quick and easy sardine salad
Ingredients:
- 1 package prepared salad (plus added veggies of choice)
- 2 cans of skinless and boneless sardines in olive oil
- 1 orange (thinly sliced, peeled)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- Parmesan cheese (finely chopped)
- A few green olives
How to prepare:
Place your salad, orange slices, skinned and boneless sardines, tomatoes quartered, olives and parmesan shavings layered in a bowl, and you’re good to go!
