Tonhalas pirítós


  • 4 big slices of bread
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 30 g capers
  • 20 pitted green olives
  • 2 (120 g) cans tuna fillets in olive oil
  • Oregano

How to prepare:

Dice your tomatoes, and add the capers, olives, and olive oil. Put a portion of this mixture onto your toast. Garnish with the tuna and some oregano and a little extra olive oil. Let it sit for 5 minutes, so that the toast can soften a little from the tomato juice.
