Salmon rolls with Maruzzella tuna

  • 250 g Maruzzella Tuna in olive oil
  • 120 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • Chives
  • Walnuts
  • Black pepper

How to prepare:

The salmon and Tuna Maruzzella rolls are a tasty and quick appetizer to prepare, which will captivate your guests at the first taste.

First of all, add the Maruzzella Tuna, the cream cheese, the chopped walnuts and the juice of half a lemon in a bowl. Mix well until creamy, then season with a sprinkling of pepper and grated lemon zest.

Take the salmon slices and fill them with the tuna cream mixture.

To garnish, close the rolls with a chives.

Another serving option is to cut the roulade into rings and decorate with a walnut kernel, a sprinkling of chives and lemon zest.
