How to prepare:

Maruzzella tuna balls are an easy recipe to prepare, full of flavor and ideal for those who want to amaze their guests with a savory dough-ball.
First, blend the Maruzzella Tuna with the pitted green olives, until you get a cream.

Now make the dough. Add the eggs, half a teaspoon of salt, half a sachet of yeast, water and sunflower oil to a bowl. Whisk and gradually add the flour. Add the tuna and olive cream to the mixture and continue to mix well.

Now take a saucepan, fill it with sunflower oil and bring to boiling point. Use a spoon to make small balls of the dough, drop them into the oil, just a few at a time, let them fry until they are golden. Then remove and drain.

Eat them hot to enjoy the tuna balls at their best.
