How to prepare

the sardine guacamole:

Mash up the flesh of the avocado, and add the lime juice to it. Mix them together, then add the four cans of sardines, the paprika, the finely chopped onion and some salt. Thoroughly mix everything together until homogeneous.  Transfer your guac into a bowl, then garnish with the raspberries and the small salad.

If you like a little heat, add some chili to it!

the grissini:

Make a dough of the flour, yeast, olive oil, warm water, sugar and salt. Mix and knead until homogeneous. Slice up and mix in the rosemary leaves into the dough. Let the dough rest and proof for at least an hour, then form long, 20 x 1 cm sticks from it. Bake them for 10 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 250 °C (482 °F) until they lightly brown and double in circumference.
