„Boldog” panzanella Maruzzella természetes tonhallal

We will prepare „Happy” panzanella with Maruzzella Natural Tuna

(Serves 4, 20′ minutes, easy)


  • 250 g Maruzzella Natural Tuna fillets
  • 700 g Tuscan bread
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 Piccadilly baby tomatoes
  • capers
  • fresh oregano
  • basil
  • extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper

How to prepare:

Cut the Tuscan bread into slices and leave it to soak in water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

In the meantime, cut the onion and cucumber into thin slices, take the cherry tomatoes and cut into wedges, removing the seeds. Squeeze the bread and arrange it in a bowl, add the onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, capers and Maruzzella Natural Tuna Fillets, drained and chopped.

Mix all the ingredients well and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano, garnish with basil and leave for about ten minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
