Spenót saláta tonhalfilével

This time we will prepare a lovely Spinach salad with Maruzzella Tuna fillets

(Serves 2, 10′ minutes, easy)


  • 180 g Maruzzella Tuna fillets
  • Feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g baby spinach
  • cherry tomatoes
  • pine nuts
  • balsamic vinegar
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt

How to prepare:

Spinach salad is a very quick recipe and is a perfect combination of flavor and important nutrients for the body.

Prepare a hard-boiled egg, let it cool and, once at room temperature, remove the shell.

Then wash the spinach leaves and dry them well. In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes, the feta, coarsely chop the pine nuts with a knife and drain the Maruzzella Tuna Fillets.

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients; finally season with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
