The Arlequín Rias Gallegas is a giant mussel in a pleasant sour sauce straight from the Galician rivers. The can contains 6-8 giant mussels. The large mussels are boiled, cleaned by hand and marinated in olive oil, vinegar and spices. The mussels have a special texture and flavour, and are completely hand-crafted. Mussels are one of the healthiest sources of nutrients, with a low calorie content and a high content of minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, iron and magnesium, as well as being an excellent source of vitamins D and B. It is worth pairing with beer, sherry wine and Cava Gran Brut wine; they complement each other perfectly.
