We will be making Sailors’ biscuits with Maruzzella Tuna
(Serves 4, 20′ minutes, easy)
Ingredients:
- 4 pcs Sailors’ biscuits
- 250 g Maruzzella tuna in olive oil
- 8 pcs Maruzzella anchovies
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- Tropea onion
- Taggiasca olives
- Fresh oregano
- Basil
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt
How to prepare:
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, put them in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt. Add the Maruzzella Tuna to the olive oil together with the drained Maruzzella anchovies, the Taggiasca olives and the Tropea red onion, finely chopped, mix everything and sprinkle with the oregano.
Now prepare the biscuits. Place them in a bowl of water for a few seconds until you reach the desired consistency, lay them on a plate and after patting them, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Pour the prepared mixture over the biscuits and garnish with basil leaves.
